Italian produced series Gormiti: The New Era is now streaming on the BBC iPlayer. The tokusatsu inspired live action series is a new stand alone entry to the Gormiti series and comes after the animated Gormiti Nature Unleashed ended in 2013 and is the series first foray into live action content.
Releasing in two 10-episode blocks, the first ten episodes have been released as one package on BBC iPlayer and listed as season one. The series follows a group of four kids in high school who gain legendary powers of Gormiti to battle evil and protect the Earth. While produced in Italy, the show is made in English and set in New York.
