The exhibit will tour across Japan following, with potential plans to go further than Japan in 2026. Kamen Rider Kuuga is most notably the start of the Heisei era of Kamen Rider series, releasing January of 2000 and seeing the resurgence of weekly Kamen Rider media on Japanese televisions. There hadn’t been a mainline Kamen Rider series project since Kamen Rider Black RX ended in 1989, with the series surviving primarily on stage shows and movies throughout the 90s.
